How to copy and paste large inputs lines in linux

So, basically I'm working on linked list and to fill the link list I have to enter each node data(which is integer) so I generate random numbers in a .txt file from where I copy the input using CTR + C and to paste in the linux terminal when program prompts to enter input I click the right click on the mouse and then paste it.

So, the problem I'm having is when I copy 1000 integers It works fine, but When I do the same exact thing with 10,000 integers, I have to enter any character and then enter to make it work, If I don't do that it just stops there for some reason. Any idea, what's wrong or anyone can provide me a better way to copy and paste inputs..

Thank You!!!

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
